Shipping
When you order online you will receive an email confirmation by return. In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be notified by a member of our staff, and given the option either to continue with the rest of your order, to substitute the unavailable items with similar alternatives, or to cancel. We will be happy to discuss your options when we contact you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will strive to ship out your order the same day wherever possible via 1st class mail. The bubble envelope will fit through your letter box and you will not need to be in to take receipt.
Returns & Refunds
What if it’s the wrong size or I just don’t like it?
We have a 14 Day No Quibble Refund Policy. Golf Gloves Direct will gladly give you a full refund (less carriage) for any unused gloves that you have bought from us within 14 days from the date of purchase no questions asked. We will pay for the shipping if the goods have been sent out in error. The glove(s) will need to be in their original packaging, unused and fit for resale, although we appreciate that the glove(s) will have been tried on for size.
What if my goods are faulty?
Golf Gloves Direct strives to provide you with the easiest of returns policy. All our gloves are covered by the manufacturer’s 12 month warranty. We will give you a straight exchange at our expense if the item is under 1 month old. After that time unless the fault is an obvious manufacturer’s fault (such as missing stitches), the glove will need to be inspected by the manufacturer who will replace the glove if the claim is legitimate.
How can I return an Item?
Please send your faulty product or an item you wish to exchange to the address below. Include a covering note with your name, address and order number and explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery as we accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. Please note: If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you £1 for shipping the new product back to you.
